Monica serves as the Global Client Advisor Pod Lead within the Googler D&I Lab. The D&I Lab team envisions a Google where every Googler plays a role in fostering a fair and inclusive culture within the organization and beyond Google's walls. 

Prior to joining Google, Monica was at Ernst & Young where she served as the Western Region Inclusiveness & Flexibility Leader based in Los Angeles. Previous to E&Y, Monica led various diversity initiatives at BofA/Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs helping leaders shape culture, organizations, teams and talent.
