Leveraging her legal background as a vehicle to empower women, Saren launched The Glow Effect, and quickly became an internationally recognized leadership coach, activist, and author. She has established herself as a thought leader for rising female leaders revolutionizing their companies and communities. In 2015, after speaking to 400 Ugandan women, she began connecting female leaders from the US to Australia with leaders in rural Uganda to co-create The Glow Effect Center for Women and Girls. Through the non-profit program, The Glow Exchange, they halved the community’s domestic violence rates and doubled income and school attendance.
