Erin Quinn, Ph.D., M.Ed. has served as an Associate Dean at the University of Southern California for over twenty years. Dr. Quinn’s interests include community medicine, health care workforce development and cultural competency in health care delivery. Prior to her appointment as Associate Dean for Science and Health in the Dornsife College of USC in 2013, Dr. Quinn was responsible for building and implementing a community–based, multi-specialty residency program for Community Memorial Health System in Ventura, California. The program was successfully started in July 2013, with a resident physician class including Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery.
